Easy car buying experience I had been looking for an SUV down dealership row in Canandaigua and was very frustrated. I was giving up when I decided to pull into Auction Direct. I had been looking for an SUV down dealership row in Canandaigua and was very frustrated. I was giving up when I decided to pull into Auction Direct. Best decision I could have made. I saw Christina working with a customer and decided I had had enough of male salesman treating me like an idiot so I asked Christina if I make an appointment with her in the morning. When I got there in the morning she actually asked if I wanted to look at vehicles first or do the application first. I wasn't even shown any vehicles at the other places!! She was helpful, knowledgeable and actually listened to me and what I wanted and needed. She pulled up several options and even offered some reasonable alternatives. I found a vehicle I loved and the walked out of the dealership hopeful that I would be able to get the financing. A few minutes after I left Christina called and everything was approved and I could pick up the SUV the next day. She took care of everything and I got my SUV the next day!!! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, helpful and honest that is how I would describe my experience. Christina is the best!!!! Would recommend her 100%. More
