From my initial phone call and he had the exact same vehicle that was on the website. At the exact same price. No bait and switch! Ryan held the vehicle for me and let me test drive it. An hour later, I was driving home in my new Mitsubishi Galant. He even called me the next day to see how my trip home with the vehicle was because I drove in from Buffalo.
