Tasha was my agent and did a wonderful job communicating with me in a polite and respectful manner. Thank you. I have been very impressed with her help the many times I've come to Toyota for service. I had a few issues: I had asked for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home and checked my invoice, no tire rotation was performed as requested only the oil change. Also, when I received my vehicle to take home, my glove box was not reinstalled but was left on the passenger side floor. I had to tell Tasha who promptly requested someone come to valet drop off and take my car back to fix the issue. This is the second time parts were not reinstalled as needed. The first time, service members did not put the fuse box cover back on the fuses located in the engine. That remained that way for weeks in the cold and rainy weather until I refilled my washer fluid. At which time I notified Toyota service. My car was also badly damaged one time I brought my car in for service. I am concerned that these oversights are becoming more common and are making me reconsider using this dealership for my future maintenance. So, ultimately I spent 2 hours and $140 waiting for just an oil change. Very disappointed. More
