Excellent service advisor My service advisor was Benny. He asked questions pertaining to the maintenance and probelms with my Toyota Sienna 2004. He then advised the route I sh My service advisor was Benny. He asked questions pertaining to the maintenance and probelms with my Toyota Sienna 2004. He then advised the route I should take which saved me a lot money. I'm so grateful to him. He restored my faith in dealership service I had some bad experiences prior and i stoppped serviceing my car with them. But Benny changed all of that and I'm truly happy with the outcome and I will return for servicing. More

Free Maintenance I purchased a car at Atlantic Toyota about 4 months ago. The deal came with a year of free maintenance. I made an appointment to have my car service I purchased a car at Atlantic Toyota about 4 months ago. The deal came with a year of free maintenance. I made an appointment to have my car serviced this week. I was told that it would take about an hour, so I chose to wait. The servicing, which is really just an oil change and fluid check, took two hours. At no time did my service representative stop by to let me know how much longer it would be or check in with me in any way. When he came to get me, he didn't go over anything with me, apologize for the long wait, or say anything else. Even though it is free, I don't think I will take my car back to Atlantic Toyota for maintenance. I do have to say that this experience differed from the sales experience, which was much more pleasant. More

brand new off the show room, needs service in 2 weeks Yes, I had purchases a car a little over 3 weeks ago. 2013 Scion xB right off the show room floor. I fell inlove. It's the perfect car for me. But then something went wrong with a computer that wasn't reading a sensor. I had to take it in before I made my first payment. I was upset that it already needed to be serviced, but I believe his name is Steve helped me throughout the whole process. He made sure I understood what was wrong, gave me a rental car and I got my car back the next day. It turned my frown upset down. He was super friendly, nice and even though it seemed like he was going through chaos of a never ending line of cars, he made sure I left with a smile. I'm not mad that something went wrong with the car it was a malfunction. And Toyota fixed it! I'm grateful to have bought my car from here. And everything was covered under warranty. Couldn't ask for a better Toyota team at this place. More
Quite possibly the worst service department ever. I brought my 2005 Prius in to have work done to resolve a flashing master warning light. Since they were unable to see the light flash themselves, th I brought my 2005 Prius in to have work done to resolve a flashing master warning light. Since they were unable to see the light flash themselves, this "service department" were completely baffled and did not do anything, claiming they could not recreate the problem, which leads me to believe they never tried, as they had my car for a whole weekend and couldn't see a problem, yet i was always able to see the light. Several times i was accused indirectly of lying about the problem. Thankfully I was able to diagnose and fix the problem myself, somehow they never decided to see if my oil level was a problem. I am still waiting for a call back from the customer relations manager. It was supposed to have happened days ago. More
