From my initial service contact with Ralph Rivera to when I picked up my car later in the day, Ralph was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. My car was finished when Ralph said it would be, and he called me to let me know it would be waiting inside until I got there after I left work. I can't believe I have my own personal service consultant! From the very first moment I stepped into Atlantic Toyota's showroom in January and met Joe Cellucci (Hi Joe!) who eventually sold me my vehicle, I have been quite impressed with the friendliness, warmth, and top-notch service I have received there. 15000 service Excellent service came in for 1200 pm Saturday appr. For 15000 mile serve all systems checked out and tires rotated. He is a nice young man and made a good impression. I'll call him when my lease expires. This is the only place I would service my car. Their website even had a service coupon for a free State Inspection. Great place! More

I brought in my 2012 prius because my auxiliary battery kept d @AtlanticToyota AMITY TOYOTA This place doesn't even deserve one star, maybe minus 5. I brought in my 2012 prius because my auxiliary battery kept dying after about an hour of not running. Prior to bringing it there i stopped by another mechanic. He checked the auxiliary battery and said the battery was fine, taking charge and holding charge. So he turned car off tested electrical system, he found a 18 amp draw from the electrical system. Benny the service Mgr says his mechanic says thats normal. Even a 5 year old knows a 18 amp draw will kill any battery in an hour or two. So I leave the car its a saturday and that afternoon i get a call asking for my ok to put a new battery in the car if needed lol. Now how stupid do they think I am it was just tested by a mechanic that was fixing cars while these kids were breast feeding. So then I ask a loaner??? Answer no we only have four and there out but monday morning is good. So I call this morning and i was told no loaners and there is a wait list, even better they have no one to look at my car today. So I Call the service Mgr who on Sat wanted to give me the best deal in the world on a trade in for a new Prius. I explain the service situation and he says come in he will take care of it and guarantees me a loaner today. He even says we will pick you up in Long Beach and bring you to Amityville. I say great but i have to be honest I will listen but I am not making a decision today. All of a sudden he has to call me back. He never calls so I call them and all of a sudden they have no loaners. I wouldn't use this Toyota Dealer or ANY other Atlantic car dealership. They are a bunch of lying ,cheating BS thieves. BUYER BEWARE. First the service dept had no stars now def the sales is right there with them.. I hope they plan on seeing this post in many places, I am in the news business and more people are gonna read this that they sell cars. Jim @STAUBITSER More

Not only do they insist on nickel-and dimeing you into unnecessary repairs, they also try and talk 70-year old people into buying new engines. I experienced this while in the waiting room, and I was about to step in, when Wayne Weinstein called me over to tell me what I needed to fix. Wanted to charge ME to fix the tire that HIS mechanic flattened with a nail. To top it off, the only thing that Wayne was concerned with was getting his "high customer satisfaction" score, without actually trying to make sure I was satisfied with the service. So after completing the satisfaction survey, I get a voice mail from this "man" basically threatening me, speaking VERY disrespectful to me, and telling me I'm not welcome back at HIS shop. Not sure about you, but I don't feel these are the actions of a dealership worth giving your business to. More
