First, I love the Camry, great car, handling, smooth, quiet, great mileage, blue tooth, camera, etc. Second, going in for maintenance, oil change, tire rotations, car wash, full vehicle inspection, is a wonderful bonus. I've been in for maintenance twice so far and both times I was in & out in less than 45 minutes. By the time I sat down, drank a cup of free coffee, had chat with a friendly Toyota employee, my car was ready. They put two servicemen on it and take the car right in when I arrive. No more dropping of my car or waiting at local service stations for 5-6 hours. I am so glad I leased this car & look forward to when I trade it in for a brand new one in 2017. Thanks Toyota. I am very impressed & grateful for the service & treatment I receive every time I step into the showroom & service center. More

Atlantic Toyota, Amityville, NY Service Department I have had multiple experiences with the service department at this dealership, and frankly, I don't know how they could be any better. You can make the appointment online, and you get a confirmation. You drive right in to the service department, where an associate takes the info off the vehicle and records the mileage. You speak with a service advisor in a cubicle that is adjacent to your parked vehicle, and verify the service/repairs you want done. If you choose, you can wait in their customer lounge which has multiple TVs. The work is promptly and efficiently completed, they are ultra professional and courteous, and they send you on your merry way, your vehicle good for another 5K to 10K miles. Atlantic Toyota service department could be a model for other dealerships! More
Terrible I was very upset about my experience there. I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and NYS inspection. I've been there twice before I was very upset about my experience there. I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and NYS inspection. I've been there twice before and I have never been charged for this service because I have the Toyota Care Plan which is good for two years or 25k miles, which my car is below both of those cutoffs. The service dept then calls me and tells me I need a cabin air filter and it's $79.99 which is ridiculous for a $10 part that can be changed in 5 minutes, so of course I tell him no and he tells me everything else is going to cost $140. I told him I have the Toyota care plan and it is no charge. He then says my car is a Fleet vehicle so I don't qualify for the free service. I explained to him I received the service twice already and he said whoever gave it to me before made a mistake. I probably would have paid it but after he tried to rip me off for the cabin air filter I knew he was probably lying about that also. I called the Toyota corporate office and they said they had no idea what he was talking about when he said fleet vehicles were excluded and they said that information wouldn't come up anyways when they themselves looked it up on the computer. They called the service department to tell them and I then I get a call from Them saying there was a mistake in the computer and I would not be charged. I know exactly what went on, they tried to charge me for a free service and had i not called to investigate I would have been ripped off for $200. You can remove me from your system because I can guarantee I will never come back there. More
