He was extremely friendly and helpful and didn't try to sell me anything. I've been to another Toyota dealer (where I bought the car) for service and they kept telling me I needed things I didn't need. The waiting room was very bright and airy, and provided coffee and bagels. I was out of there in 2 1/2 hours, which was approx. the time Mike told me. He is an asset to the Service Department at Toyota. Thanks, Mike! More

To avoid other customers having to follow the same process, it would be great if customer service can connect the dots on new cars service & inspection time; that way they can advise the customer. The wait was two hours long which to me seemed excessive as you just had to check the oil, fluids and tire pressure. My car was the last one out from the people you arrived at 7:15 AM and I'm sure their cars were older? More
