I am visiting there for my last 5 services, I told the if he can put nitro air in the tyre he said he is putting nitro in the tyres my last service there was a different person I told him to top up with nitr he can put nitro air in the tyre he said he is putting nitro in the tyres my last service there was a different person I told him to top up with nitro he said they never had nitro in the dealership. This dealership is very clean and staff is very nice. However, waiting 3 hours for a scheduled, simple service with an appointment is excessive. Will with Atlantic Toyota was a true professional today! He helped me with a default lock setting on my 2019 Toyota 4 Runner... After 60 seconds my car would automatically lock itself, even with the keys in He helped me with a default lock setting on my 2019 Toyota 4 Runner... After 60 seconds my car would automatically lock itself, even with the keys in it! (Not in the ignition) Very scary as a mother of a toddler. When I entered the dealership I was angry and frazzled, just having experienced being locked out. The manager that I approached wasn’t helpful. Will jumped right in and actually walked me to my car to resolve the issue. That’s customer service at its finest! Thank you Will. Because of you we will return to Atlantic Toyota for future purchases. As for that manager, you know who you are, shame on you for your lack of compassion. Like you said, “you have 3 kids” so you should have been more sincere! Again, thank you Will! More

Service is a complete rip off I am beyond done with this place and any Toyota service department for that matter. These dealerships are the biggest rip off when it comes to repair I am beyond done with this place and any Toyota service department for that matter. These dealerships are the biggest rip off when it comes to repairs. The final straw for me was my latest repair, a new tire pressure sensor. I was charged a whopping 356.00 to replace 1 tire sensor! The part costs 100 dollars, that's fine. But over 200.00 labor!!??? Almost 2 hours of alleged labor to install a sensor in a tire??? Would it be an entire day's worth of work if I needed all 4 replaced? It's no wonder their waiting area is no where near where they fix your car. This way you have no idea of actual labor time on your vehicle. They can tell you anything and clearly they do. They also always get you by telling you that it's 140 dollars or something similar to just diagnose your vehicle. So by doing that they put you in the position that you almost always have to go ahead with the repair. If you decline the repair because of the cost or any other reason, you just threw away 140 bucks. I called a mechanic recommended in my neighborhood and asked him what I would be charged to diagnose and replace a tire sensor. He told me it would be 135.00 including the part and it was 1/2 hr of labor. It just further proves how Toyota rips off their "valued customers." From buying a new car, to get getting it serviced and the constant up-selling they do, the greed never ends in these dealerships. All they care about is money! Then they wonder why they have the reputation that they have. Do yourselves a favor and just find a good local mechanic. If you want Toyota parts, you can always request that from a local mechanic or just go to Toyota and get the part you need. More

I had the vehicle serviced while I completed the paperwork.I travel from Wantagh to this dealership as my limited experiences with other local Toyota dealers closer to me have not always been as good.
