So I made my appt 6 months earlier. I arrived at 845 am for a 9 am appt. They were busy so agreed to leave my car and had my wife pick me up. All I needed was oil and inspection. It got to 2pm so I called they said it wasn't done .called me back 345 and said come at 430 it will be done but be here by 5. Mike was my service agent. They kept my car 8 hours then forgot to do the inspection. Really? Waited more then finally got it inspection and left. Not the 1st time I had problems at this dealership. More
