My expierience I owned my previous Camry for 19 years. She's a 1997 and I bought her in 1999. When I told them they were very excited for me to bring her in. I was met in the lot by my salesman Joseph Mankuski. I test drove a couple of cars and decided on the 2012 Camry SE. He was willing to negotiate the price and even took my 1999 on a trade. He said they wanted her on display as proof of how long they can go. He made the process very easy and with no pressure. He understood how hard it was for me to give up my 1999 Camry and made the transition smooth. He sent me to the finance department where Addie explained all my options and made me feel comfortable in making my decision. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. And the dealership was spotless. Not only in the showroom but in all areas including the bathrooms, service department and waiting areas. They offer coffee, tea and water while you wait. It even had a fireplace and TV's. it was a great experience. More
