Don’t go to this one, no matter how good the deal may appear to be, they try to change the deal at closing. Last Fall we responded to a listing we found online. Went to the dealer website to look at the details. It was a 2015 AWD Siena listed as Toyota Certified with a clean CarFax. Just what we had been looking for. Test drove the vehicle, it seemed to be in very good condition. Negotiated an attractive price and trade-in. During the entire time I was reviewing the car I spoke to the salesman about the Toyota Certified features. I left a deposit and returned in two days with a bank check for the balance and to pick up the car. It looked nicely detailed. Once again I discussed the features of Toyota Certification. I told the salesman that I normally have my mechanic check out a used car before I buy but since it was certified I was going ahead with the deal though I would probably bring it to my mechanic to make sure the things I couldn’t see (brake pad thickness) where up to certification specs. He assured me he had full confidence everything would be fine. He walk away to get final paper work and came back with another guy. This guy starts saying that the vehicle wasn’t really certified but it was “certifiable”. I told them to bring up their listing for the car on their web site and we all saw that it clearly stated that it was Toyota Certified and the CarFax also said it was listed for sale as a Toyota Certified vehicle. He said that I was getting it at a very good price but to be certified I would have to pay an additional amount (over $2000). Not acceptable, this should be illegal, additionally, I had to wait nearly another hour to get the deposit back. They lied in their listing, they lied to CarFax and they lied to me. We wasted essentially two days with this. I’m done with them. I mentioned my experience to my mechanic who operates a well-respected auto shop about 12 miles away. I didn’t have to tell him the name of the dealership. When I said Toyota, he knew right away it was Atlantic and said several of his clients have had similar experiences. Save yourself time and aggravation, go to a different dealer. More

But I took a chance and went to Atlantic Toyota and came across Ben Manning. He thoroughly went over my options on what car would fit me best with my situation. He was very patient and understanding as well as knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with him, he didn't come off as a sleazy car salesman and he defiantly didn't look the part of one. Very great dresser! When it was all done and said I drove off with my new corolla and I will be looking back to come back to him when my lease is done. More
