I came in to get rid of my lease and into a new one and it was a very smooth transition. My salesperson, Ben Manning, was AMAZING. He helped me out every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything. Excellent Experience I went to the dealership to see if I could trade in my Honda Civic for a RAV4 HYBRID. Wonderful experience! Lynn was my sales representative. She spent time asking pertinent questions on what I wanted in a vehicle and what I wanted my monthly financing cost Lynn was my sales representative. I was able to take a test drive on the model I wanted, during which, she explained the various features of the vehicle. She was extremely knowledgeable of what options I could choose. She was involved in dealing with the finance and trade-in staff in a successful manner in order to fulfill what I was requesting. She even went the extra mile to obtain an estimate of my new insurance premium BEFORE I purchased the vehicle. Then contacted my insurance company again to get my new car insured. After I purchased the vehicle, she went over the features in the actual one I was purchasing and was with me until I drove off the lot. I was most impressed with her professionalism, friendliness and intelligence in matters of the purchase. Lynn is an asset to this dealership and is highly recommended by me. More

Ben was tremendous, was more concerned about my budget then his commission. Thanks to him I was able to get the car I wanted at the price that was afforable to my wife and I. When he realized there was a chance I couldnt afford the car at original offer he didnt stop pushing his manager to make it work. This by far my best experience at a Auto dealership. More
