Superb experience at Toyota Atlanta, West Islip, NY My wife and I arrived at Toyota Atlanta from Manhattan with apprehension as we are a unique case of a couple looking to lease a new vehicle (as we fou My wife and I arrived at Toyota Atlanta from Manhattan with apprehension as we are a unique case of a couple looking to lease a new vehicle (as we found buying 'outright', a pre-owned vehicle, was not working out well). We are temporary visitors (my wife is a UN International Staff posted in New York and I am a dependent spouse and we will be here for few years). While my wife has a Social Security number, I don't; she doesn't drive and I have a US Driver's License. Hence it was going to be a vehicle in her name (as she could show financial documents) with me designated as her Primary Driver. We met two individuals at first, Mr. Adnan Contractor and Ms. Aleshea Jordan. Mr. Contractor made us comfortable instantly and also whispered that things will work out; Ms. Jordan tirelessly showed us the various options in RAV4 (as we had zoned in on that vehicle) and explained all features and also pointed out the options of lease. This took a long time but there was not an iota of irritation on the faces of Ms. Jordan or Mr. Contractor or few others we came in contact including Ms. Rosa Fernandez Walker, the Business Manager. After nearly 6 plus hours, we left the showroom with our brand new Toyota RAV4 (Black - Limited) and enjoyed the drive back home. I think this was possible because of the excellent staff and their service towards customers. Additionally, when queried about customs in the US (in India, we usually take the vehicle to a temple), Ms. Jordan explained about rolling a dollar bill, tying it somewhere in the vehicle and saying a prayer, as the practice. She was taken aback when we asked her to do the same with our vehicle however, she did not hesitate. We are grateful to her for her care in handling us as well as our well-being. Superb! We also wish to name Ms. Victoria and Mr. Nauhn, who called us over phone (they are from internet sales) who explained the process and guided us well hence we chose Atlantic Toyota.
