We've already purchase our car at $500 over invoice and didn’t even have to go into the dealership until we were to pick up the Car. While I appreciate a response from you I don't put much credence in it since if you read the reviews on Dealer Rater it's quite obvious that this is the "norm" for your dealership. Moreover, if Dealer Rater did not factor in the service review scores your score for sales would be even lower than it is. I strongly recommend that Atlantic Motor Group re-vamp this dealership.

Moreover, this matter is being referred to the Attorney General in the Suffolk Regional office, the Attorney General in Albany, as well as to the Federal Trade Commission.

Alexis: Thanks for response. Let me give you some history as reminder. I had two Nissan from Massapequa Nissan dealer, I decide to have new car and trade my Altima when I back to Massapequa dealer they gave me as a trade on my 2001 Nissan Altima $2500. I asked $3000. Deal did not go true. I went to Atlantic Toyota same day to have better deal. Fist Atlantic Toyota offer me a $2900 and I agreed. Then they told me that I’m getting only $1500. After all agreed. And told me that I will be getting rest of the money as a tax refund and I believed. Terrible mistake I made that get a car from crook people hired by Atlantic Toyota. I just recently purchase 2012 Toyota from Huntington Toyota I can see big different on customer relations. Atlantic Toyota needs to learn how to be an Honest and friendly to customer. I mean really honest. Lying, cheating does not take delar to better place. I recommend from today hire a professional. Honest people that when promise to do something just do it don’t give customer runaround. Not acceptable. Also Duane Green and Anthony Campanili is a biggest liar I ever seen. I’m a manager. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior on my business to ruin my reputations. I’m not done with Atlantic Toyota. I want District Judge to hear my site of sale condition and make decision.
