This is one of the worst dealership experience I ever had. Found them by using car pricing services, I got a call within 10 minutes from their "Internet Manager" I was like wow that's some really fas had. Found them by using car pricing services, I got a call within 10 minutes from their "Internet Manager" I was like wow that's some really fast service. so I said I want to setup a test drive. no problem, appointment in tomorrow. Went in the next day, I was greet by the Internet Manager, Michael at first, but 5 minutes later a salesman came with him and said "He will take care of you alright?" I told myself "uhh oh, this doesn't sound good." Then I told "Ericsson" that I'm just there to test drive the car, they can tell me their best offer, but I'm not going to buy it that day. Ok I got my test drive, the car was so-so (compare to what I test drove), and it makes this strange clunk when the gear shifts. Anyway, when I'm done with the test drive, I went into the showroom and wait, then he came and start "working out" the numbers. I was like Can you just straight up tell me your best offer ? nope he just kept repeating "how soon you're looking to buy/what kind of numbers you want?" hmm, after I told him whatever the price said on the pricing service I used should be fine but you should tell me your best offer right now cuz I have to go and asked for his business card. He said he can get me one and left for 5 minutes. Then the "Internet" guy came, start talking to me again saying it's a great car, what prices I'm looking for, I was like dude, I just want to know what your best offer is and I'm not buying it today. then 2 minutes later the Salesman came with his "Sales Manager," then the next 10 minutes or so I just kept repeating that I'm not buying today, that Sales Manager completely ignored my words and said "How soon you're looking to buy/what numbers you're looking for/if I do this and this would it change your mind and get it today/etc" I got really pissed and about to burst my F words out, I just got up and said "looking I gotta go" then he just hand me his business card and we just left. Even if I wanna buy, I will NOT buy it at this dealership. I hate freaking tactics like this. More
I regret that I never rated the people before because like harry they are all so friendly from when you pull in to when you pay your bill with everyone in between. I came in to trade my car in for a suv.I then went outside with Zolie(sales person) to pick my car. The paperwork was in process. This process took a very long time. I was there for three hours. I did complain but was reassured that everything was in process and I would be able to pick my car out today and drive away today. This I liked so I waited.Then I was redirected to Cliff the(finance person.)He then told me that everything was ready I just had to sign the papers.So I did and was on my way.I then went outside to see the car I originally picked and it was not the car. I then talk with Zolie and he said that this was the car that they chose for me cause the one I pick was sold.This was not told to me when the paperwok was in process. So I talked to Anthony the used car assistant manager and he said there was nothing he could do the deal was already done.I said how I never left the dealership he said cause I already signed the papers. So I was stuck with a car that I did not want so what choice did I have my old car was already gone.So I took the car and left.A few months later I went to another dealership to try and trade this suv in and explained what happened. I was then told that Anthony was wrong I could have cancelled the deal right then. The dealership sales person went over my paperwork with me and dicovered that they charged me $4,000 dollars for a warranty I did not need and $1400,00 for a prepaid maintance plan that I did not need.So I asked what could I do about it and was told that there was one of two ways that the dealership did this either when I cancelled I would get the money or they would. I then proceeded to call toyota to cancel this and they told me that if I did all the money would all go back to the dealership.I was even more mad.So please if you go to this dealer I'm letting it be know that you can't trust them they will ripe you off big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like the over all experience. Atlantic toyota really know how to treat there customers. That's why I keep coming back. They would set a time for work to be done & the vehicle is done at that time or ear know how to treat there customers. That's why I keep coming back. I brought my brand new Rav4 in for an early morning (8am) fluid check, tire rotation, car wash and oil c friendly, intelligent and extremely helpful. In my experience, most service centers are not very chipper or helpful in the early morning, but this was NOT the case. Benny Mak was very engaging and wanted to help me get my morning started correctly. Before I knew it, Benny had finished my paperwork and had my in the waiting area enjoying a cup of coffee and a bagel while his team took care of my car. I'd recommend Atlantic Toyota to any customer who'd like to be taken care of promptly and with a smile. More

I had never purchased a Toyota before. As soon as I arrived into the dealership everyone was extremely friendly. My salesperson Sheerie, was friendly and kind. She took her time to explain everything a arrived into the dealership everyone was extremely friendly. My salesperson Sheerie, was friendly and kind. She took her time to explain everything about the car and even knew about competitors. We felt like she treated us like VIPs. Everyone was nice and offered us something to drink several times. The manager Vinny was not pushy at all and very funny. When we left, the time was taken to explain how everything worked and we left happy about our new Camry.
