Go somewhere else! We brought our 2004 Toyota Tacoma in Go somewhere else! We brought our 2004 Toyota Tacoma in for a frame recall. We were told that either they would replace the frame or coat it. Withi Go somewhere else! We brought our 2004 Toyota Tacoma in for a frame recall. We were told that either they would replace the frame or coat it. Within 24 hours our truck was done. We waited till 48 hours to pick up and when the truck was brought out the "coating" was rubbed all over the side of the drivers door. When we looked under the truck the "coating" was gacked on even under the engine and was terribly wet. We said that we wanted the truck cleaned and would wait for the application to dry. The following morning, Debbie Jakup called and said to return the loaner car and pick up our truck. When we arrived it was not cleaned- the "coating" was still all over the side door and it was still wet. Ms. Jakup said they will not clean it and will not wait for the application to dry. She also told us to remove the vehicle or it will be towed. She identified herself as the manager but had no identification or business card. It was difficult to find who was in charge and they could care less about workmanship or customer service! Ms Jakup acted unprofessional, rude and unpolite to say it nicely. Don't go to this dealorship for service unless you want your vehicle ruined! More
Joe Handerhan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely willing to assist us in all aspects of the sale. Since we were negotiating 2 transactions, a sale and a lease agreement. Based up and extremely willing to assist us in all aspects of the sale. Since we were negotiating 2 transactions, a sale and a lease agreement. Based upon certain issues and our restricted finances, Joe worked very hard to obtain the best deal to close both transactions. Several unexpected issues did arise during negotiations, but Joe was able to resolve and work through the difficulties. Joe's son, Jeff Handerhan also assisted us with our purchase and also displayed all the professional, courteous and knowledgeable qualities to assist us in concluding our lease. John, the manager, also assisted us in concluding the 2 transactions. I want to conclude by saying that I was amazingly impressed with Joe and Jeff Handerhan and John, manager. I believe they care about their customers and will do their best to accommodate their purchases. Please extend my thanks and gratitude to Joe, Jeff and John for all their efforts and assistance in the purchase and lease of our vehicles. In addition, based upon my experience with your staff, I have all the confidence to recommend Atlantic Toyota to anyone who wishes to purchase or lease any Toyota automobile. Slipped a signed paper through that cost me an extra $3000 in destination charges. They have my signature so I'm screwed. Don't make the same mistake i did. Don't trust him. Ray and Jason did a excellent job getting me into a new car. While I was waiting for service to be done on my car, I received a call on my cel from Ray asking if I might be interested in trading up!Needle car. Be very careful if you go there or better yet don't go there. Went to look at used highlander and it was the worst scam ever. Was there for over 4 hours with my father who is on oxygen and my kids and I t there. Went to look at used highlander and it was the worst scam ever. Was there for over 4 hours with my father who is on oxygen and my kids and I think they used this to their advantage. As you go over the deal for the car they'll say "we'll give you" different things and then they charge you for it but never go over the price for it. In all they charged me over $5,000 in fees and other things that were never discussed. They even charged a destination charge for a used car that was origanaly leased from them and returned to them. They double dip on fees they shouldn't have charged. And after sitting there for over 4 hours they rush you to sign the papers and lie as you do. After a month of trying to go over the hidden fees (which they never gave me a copy of the itemized sale until a month later) and never getting calls back or appointments with the financial writer in which he would tell me the computer wasn't working or the files are unavailable, they said they would send me some money back that never happened. I'll Never go there again and recommend you go elsewhere!!!! More
We bought our 2009 Corolla 4 years ago from Atlantic Toyota and were looking to replace our Pathfinder with another Corolla. On the day we visited Atlantic, we were only looking to price cars. All the staff was courteous and helpful, and in no time found us the perfect car for us. Before we knew it, we were driving home with a new 2011 Corolla. My review is based primarily on our experience with Jason Kannry of the Finance Dept. He did a great job. More
