My father went to this dealership all the way from brooklyn NY after getting a price from a sales rep from the dealership. After driving to the dealership an hour away and talking to the salesman my dad was ready to buy a new car until Brian the Finance Manager added more than $3,000 to the total payment. After talking back and forth with both the sales rep and Brian the finance manager my dad realized these guys were trying to rip them off. Brian the finance manager was a rude person. Be careful and check the final paperwork before purchasing from these people. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from this dealership. They will rob you blind. More
Lianne was incredibly helpful. We test drove a new Camry XLE Hybrid with her and then negotiated a good price for the car. She showed us how to operate all the systems in the car, helped us get insurance with GEICO, helped us get a registration all at the dealership without having to go to Motor Vehicles, cleaned our old license plates so they sparkled like new and looked good on the new car, got us coffee, and helped us to complete the purchase of the car right on the spot. Troy helped us finance the car and recommended several insurance items that were good to have. We were very pleased with the dealership and will recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a Toyota. More
Lianne was my leasing consultant and John ferranola is the finance director that I worked with. Both were amazing. They did everything they possibly could to make sure I was getting what I wanted for the the finance director that I worked with. Both were amazing. They did everything they possibly could to make sure I was getting what I wanted for the price I wanted. They wouldn't let me leave till they knew I was 100% satisfied. On Sunday September 23,2012 went to them to buy the 2004 cheverlot averlanch...internet price 13,668. They offered me to trade my car 2003 toyota celica 69,000..in great condition and 5,000. cash. Or keep my car put 5,000. cash down and finance the rest, 248.00 X 48 months. I left for a smart person knows that is $11,940 + 5,000 cash= 16,940. Take me for a fool. On Monday I was called by three different men and each asking me to come back they will see what they can do to put me in the truck. Then I was called by Skip who told me the truck was being shipped to Florida, Tuesday to another dealer, I said thats fine,it was not for me then. Well Thursday I was called again by a women this time, who asked me why I didnt purchase the truck and I explained I was told the truck was gone, she said it was still their...I said to her that was nerve to call me and lie. She said she was very upset and will talk with the staff. Low and behold a man name Mike calls me, asked me to come back. Well on Sunday September 30th I go back, their it is still in the showroom, well now they want to sell this truck and now their deal they come to is my car,+ 5,000 cash + 248.00 X 48 months. What planet are these salesmen from $5,000 cash + (248.X 48)11,940.+(my car)7,000= $23,940. What are these salesman, dumb or what. I have never been so disgusted in my life. This dealership should definitly be looked at by the main office of Toyota. I have bought a car from 2 other Toyota dealers and they were great. This dealership needs an overhaul. More

My experience with Jennifer Mora was excellent. She was very professional. My issue was with the finance department. I was given a price and was all set buy a 2012 Toyota Camry, after being told that the very professional. My issue was with the finance department. I was given a price and was all set buy a 2012 Toyota Camry, after being told that the loan from my 2007 Camry would be paid off by the dealership. After all my insurance and registration information was switched over, I then find out from the finance department that they can't give me the deal that was promised to me, and also that they were unable to pay off the full amount of my existing loan, and the remaining balance was rolled over to my new car loan. I was furious!!!!! Jennifer came to the rescue and I'm now the proud owner of a 2013 Toyota Corolla. I will definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone. More

I was coming to the end of my lease,I had a 2010 Highlander, and had received many promotion/mail calls/correspondence. My Highlander was a great vehicle but I was on the fence about going back to Highlander, and had received many promotion/mail calls/correspondence. My Highlander was a great vehicle but I was on the fence about going back to a pickup truck.I sat down with William Blackwood after seeing a Tacoma on the lot. We worked with the numbers and came to a fair agreement. They inspected my Highlander and I was pleased to find that there were no surprise issues with the return.I was taken to the finance office and everything was prepared without a hitch. My new Tacoma was prepped and brought to the lot. William patiently instructed me on the use of all of the trucks options and set up my bluetooth.The whole process took about 4 1/2 hours. William wished me well and the day ended on a positive note. I highly recommend Atlantic Toyota to anyone that is considering a new/used vehicle. This is my 6th Toyota vehicle and I have had great experiences with all of them. Past experience with the service department has also been positive but I have to note that with all of my vehicles there has never been a major mechanical problem.
