After my wonderful experience with Lianne I was then brought to Finance with Christian Roule and i felt very at ease. even though Christian has the hardest job in finding the right finance company that will give me the right price within my bugdet.He was able to assist me and put all fears that i had at bay. I drove home with my brand new 2012 toyota corolla and i was happy that i had a great exeperience at atlantic toyota. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this dealership and to Lianne & Christian. they have made my experience painless and rewardful without breaking a sweat. My wife and I were interested in buying a used car and we talked with one of the sales rep and made an appoi Worst customer service experience, ever. My wife and I were interested in buying a used car and we talked with one of the sales rep and made an appointment to come visit. First of all, on the day of the appointment, when we went there early morning, the sales rep was not there for the appointment. Then when we went to discuss the details with another man (sales manager, I think),even after we agreed to trade in our car and tried to settle for a convenient price, the sales rep got angry and yelled at my wife and I, in front of everyone, telling us to "get out, never come back and don't even bother calling". This was a really embarrassment, especially for my wife. I am extremely disgusted at the lack of proper courtesy and horrible customer service at this place. Even if you don't agree on a price deal, that is no way to talk to a customer. Extremely disappointing. More

He was just as interested in our welfare as he was in selling a car and he was most effective.
