Sold a brand new Yaris. After owning five weeks went through puddle. Three inches water in car. Told insurance had to deal with it. When I brought sopping wet car into Service right after it happened I was told to call back next morning after problem was diagnosed. Called next morning and was initially told to call back the following day as my service adviser was out for day.SOPPING WET! I persisted and was told water came in from BOXES under car. I pretended I was a new customer and called Sales pretending I was new customer. Asked what their lowest price car was. Asked 2x told it was Corolla. I asked Salesman about the Yaris. He said he could get me one if I wanted but that they were not as DURABLE as Corolla. I called General Manager told him I did not want the car anymore. I felt it was a bad model. Explained that with Toyota I had 20+ or so years experience with Toyota. He told me Life is not perfect. This from a company that has TOTALLY SATISFIED as their motto. He told me to get the car fixed by insurance company and Werte might try to sellme a different car. More
This is the third car that I have purchased with Atlantic Toyota. From the at momemt I walked in the door I was treated with respect and I felt very comfortable. First the good. Steve Winkleman was very helpful with the financing and finalizing the purchase process. This was only after the names were corrected on all of the forms. Apparently the person who preparded the forms had the car under my wife's name..not mine.. Steve was very apologetic about this.. Now the Bad...My salesman..whose name I can't remenber was not very helpful.I've leased many cars from different dealers and this was the first time that I had to call my insurance company to have them FAX the insurance cards. Normall the salesman handles this. Also..after waiting two hours and threatening to leave we were finally able to complete the paper work, and only after Mr. Winkelman's suggestion were we finally were given a overview of the car by the salesman... The salesman spent more time walking around..making excuses for the delay. More

Tafawa Lee was friendly and helpful in getting me the car I wanted at the price I needed. I not only found the car but after it was a done deal he set up my bluetooth and all the radio stations. He explained everything in the car so when I drove off the lot I was comfortable with knowing where everything was, Jason Kannry helped me get the paperwork done quickly while explaining everything so I would not have any questions later. Lianne was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as communicative every step of the way when it came to buying my new car. I had to wait for the vehicle to come in, and she kept me apprised as to its e communicative every step of the way when it came to buying my new car. She also made me feel like an actual PERSON and not a number - taking the time out to talk to me about topics we had briefly touched upon my first time there (ie: my upcoming vacation) and even went out of her way to sit with me after the sale was "complete" and I waited for my contract to be drawn up. Those small, but VERY important and MEANINGFUL, actions go a long way. I would absolutely recommend Lianne to my friends and family - and Atlantic Toyota should be proud to have her on their team. Ms. Mora was very knowledgable about the vehicle, listened to what our concerns were regarding the vehicle and what our expectations were regarding the sale.
