Called to make an appt to look at 2 cars I saw online. I had printed out the info from autotrader.com first so I could compare. When I arrived a gentleman approached us and I showed him the printouts - He s had printed out the info from autotrader.com first so I could compare. When I arrived a gentleman approached us and I showed him the printouts - He said "Oh, its a good thing you crought the printout because they dont honor the price if you don't." (Not a good start, but I figure I;m ok because I do have it.) Look at the first car and it has some poorly fixed body damage, so we move to the second one. It was blocked in by another car, we ended up asking to see the car blocking it in as well (same make/model). After sitting around for at least 20 mins while they fine the misplaced keys to move the car, we finally go out and look at both cars. Then we go in and he asks which car we want more. We say we're not sure, so he disappears and after another 10 mins comes back and says one of them is actually already sold. So we say OK, and agree to discuss the price on the other. We make an offer just slightly less than the asking price on the printout, He disappears again and 5 mins later comes back and says they literally will not go $1 less than the online price. (The mngr didnt come out as they usually do, and they didnt even seem bery interested in getting our business.) So we ask if they can at least waive the $375 fee it VERY CLEARLY states that there is, on the printout. The guy asks if he can see the printout and take it to his manager. Then - Finally, the sales mngr comes out and (rather rudely) says "This is a 3rd party site. I didn't post this." And I say well thats your car and price, obviously someone posted it there. He says they "stole" it off his website - and not only that, but theres actually $750 in fees (rather than $375) AND that they will also be charging a $599 "certification fee" - The CAR WAS ALREADY CERTIFIED!! (I have purchased 3 previous CPO vehicles and was NEVER charged a fee for certification.) He also says if I had gone onto "their" website that I would see that theres $750 in fees rather than $375. So we walked out, after being there for almost 3 hours. AS SOON as I got home I checked their website to see if what he said was true - And right there in black & white is the SAME EXACT WORDING I had printed, stating a $375 fee. Clearly, they list a lower price than reality online to get you in, and then they make up bull-ish fees to raise the price/profit. BUYER BEWARE More
Went in for service on a vehicle. The service was completed much quicker than I was told, and came in under the quote. Tasha and Fabio were both extrememly helpful and courteous. completed much quicker than I was told, and came in under the quote. Tasha and Fabio were both extrememly helpful and courteous. More
Mike simply lied to get us to drive 45 minutes to his showroom. We saw the 2011 Camry we wanted to buy on their web site and called to see if they still had it. Mike said they had it in their "storage showroom. We saw the 2011 Camry we wanted to buy on their web site and called to see if they still had it. Mike said they had it in their "storage facility" in Bay Shore and he would send his porter to get it and gas it up so we could test drive it. I'm serious! He didn't say he was unsure or he would try to find it...he said he had it and it would be there when we arrived. When we arrived he immediately tried to "switch-pitch" us into an Avalon or a 2012 Camry. His excuse for the car being on the web site was that the site was out of date. He had no excuse for the lie and acted like it was no big deal. My wife and I were astounded that he would think we would even consider doing business with an out and out liar. We left immediately and found the car at a reputable Toyota dealer (Millennium). More
I went to Atlantic to purchase a tacoma with the intention to possibly trade in my current vehicle. They did an appraisal on my vehicle. I waited 5 minutes and they came to me and presented me with intention to possibly trade in my current vehicle. They did an appraisal on my vehicle. I waited 5 minutes and they came to me and presented me with a monthly payment without letting me know the price of the new vehicle, what they were giving me for my trade and what the finance rate was. The place is a joke look elsewhere if you are considering buying a Toyota. More
Worse car buying experience ever. Got a good price on the car, but went downhill from there. Conned us into all sorts of things, charged crazy prices, added fees they had no right adding and made a numbe the car, but went downhill from there. Conned us into all sorts of things, charged crazy prices, added fees they had no right adding and made a number of large errors in their favor - to the tune of about $1000. We did manage to get some things resolved but still ended up with an overpriced extended warranty. Liars and cheats. Smile to your face and stab you in the back. More

This was my first car purchase and I have to say that my experience working with Bob T. was great! He is a class act and listened to what I wanted rather than trying to sell me something I didn't want. He experience working with Bob T. was great! He is a class act and listened to what I wanted rather than trying to sell me something I didn't want. He was very patient, upfront, and not pushy at all. I went all over the island and in the end I'm very pleased that Atlantc Toyota was able to provide me with the most competative price for the Camry I was looking for. I was also pleased that I was able to do business with someone who took the time to care and listen. If you need a car go see Bob T., he will not disappoint. More

This is one of the worst dealership experience I ever had. Found them by using car pricing services, I got a call within 10 minutes from their "Internet Manager" I was like wow that's some really fas had. Found them by using car pricing services, I got a call within 10 minutes from their "Internet Manager" I was like wow that's some really fast service. so I said I want to setup a test drive. no problem, appointment in tomorrow. Went in the next day, I was greet by the Internet Manager, Michael at first, but 5 minutes later a salesman came with him and said "He will take care of you alright?" I told myself "uhh oh, this doesn't sound good." Then I told "Ericsson" that I'm just there to test drive the car, they can tell me their best offer, but I'm not going to buy it that day. Ok I got my test drive, the car was so-so (compare to what I test drove), and it makes this strange clunk when the gear shifts. Anyway, when I'm done with the test drive, I went into the showroom and wait, then he came and start "working out" the numbers. I was like Can you just straight up tell me your best offer ? nope he just kept repeating "how soon you're looking to buy/what kind of numbers you want?" hmm, after I told him whatever the price said on the pricing service I used should be fine but you should tell me your best offer right now cuz I have to go and asked for his business card. He said he can get me one and left for 5 minutes. Then the "Internet" guy came, start talking to me again saying it's a great car, what prices I'm looking for, I was like dude, I just want to know what your best offer is and I'm not buying it today. then 2 minutes later the Salesman came with his "Sales Manager," then the next 10 minutes or so I just kept repeating that I'm not buying today, that Sales Manager completely ignored my words and said "How soon you're looking to buy/what numbers you're looking for/if I do this and this would it change your mind and get it today/etc" I got really pissed and about to burst my F words out, I just got up and said "looking I gotta go" then he just hand me his business card and we just left. Even if I wanna buy, I will NOT buy it at this dealership. I hate freaking tactics like this. More
I regret that I never rated the people before because like harry they are all so friendly from when you pull in to when you pay your bill with everyone in between. You all have yourself a really good gro like harry they are all so friendly from when you pull in to when you pay your bill with everyone in between. You all have yourself a really good group of people. If you could go back to all my services that I had done I hope that could inform them all that I think that they are really good and that is the main reason that I return for service. More
