I had a horrible experience at the dealer in reference to the difference that was on my agreement to what we had spoke about. To me this dealer was the best my family and I have purchased all our cars from h the difference that was on my agreement to what we had spoke about. I understand you need to make a sale but in the end you'll loose more than you could imagine because you lost a customer that could of kept giving good references but instead I end up getting messed up. The manager from Preowned Mr.Mitchell Hershman made me feel like a 5yr old getting yelled out with out even hearing what was done to me. I hope this issue gets resolved I just want to give in my car, since there was so many cross communication and misunderstanding. More

As a senior citizen, purchasing a car for the first time "on my own" was a daunting experience. Lianne led me through the process explaining all the details as we proceeded.
