I service my LandCruiser at Westbury Toyota. On this occasion and because I was in the area, I decided to get an oil change at Atlantic Toyota strictly because of convenience. While my son was at a lacross game in the area, I felt I could kill two birds with one stone and save some time. I never thought I would be so impressed with the level of service I received from Atlantic Toyota and especially from Michelle Kanavas, my Service Advisor. (I hope I spelled it right) She treated me professionally and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Surly a different experience from which I have been accustom at Westbury. She was polite and genuine and I have to admit, the staff there was more than accommodating. I felt like I was shopping at Nordstroms, without the pricy handbags!! Michelle, thank you and your staff for getting me excited about a measly oil change. LOL. I will go out of my way in the future just to bring my truck to you for all my serving needs. More

This dealer gives Toyota a bad name. They are pushy sharks whose main objective is to deceive you and make a profit. I came to Atlantic Toyota on a recommendation from my my friend Matt and he told me that he was treated very professionally and that he was happy with the price he got on his new Camry from them. I came in and met Will Blackwood. He was charming and made us feel very at ease. We knew we were going to do business with Atlantic Toytota from the start. We met his manager Franklin Fardette and he was great too. I appreciated his personality and his fond knowledge of the Toyota product. We bough the same day and took the car home in a few hours. A truly great experience. Thank you Will and Franklin. I will send everyone I know to your dealership in the future so they can have the same experience as I did. More

So i came to this dealership becuase i wanted to get out of my 2012 highlander lease (which i originally purchased from them) to lease a 2013 venza. I spoke to a sales rep over the phone who first told me t of my 2012 highlander lease (which i originally purchased from them) to lease a 2013 venza. I spoke to a sales rep over the phone who first told me to come in to appraise my car. I drove there 30 miles. Once i got there i was dealing with another individual who started the process. He took a look at my car and gave me a buy-out price and said we can buy-out your lease without me oweing and money. I was happy. Then it all sent south. They gave me a ridiculious price on the venza. $100 more than what i was getting elsewhere. I then spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and told me if i dont understand the process we cant close anything. He gave me his hand and left. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I was at awe. I told them that the reason i'm not getting the car from their competitor was because they didnt need my car as a trade. I only had 6k on my 2012 highlander. The buyout was what dealers pay for them at auctions so its not like i would have been upside down with my payments or they werent getting a great deal. Long story short i took out my credit card to close the deal on a car they had in stock and we were at a price differnce of $1000 and they wouldnt budge of even meet me half way. I NEVER EVER went to a dealership or heard of a dealer not take my business or do whatever they could to keep me. I will never go to that dealership again. You guys at ATLANTIC TOYOTA need to know how to deal with RETURNING customers not to mention new customers. I will be purchasing the car from their competitor. More
