The Customer Service began with the phone calls that scheduled my appointment, taking into account my very busy weekend schedule. Your people were very sympathetic with regards to my work schedule and scheduled my appointment, taking into account my very busy weekend schedule. As returning customers, my wife & I have always been impressed with the friendly attitude not only with the people who greet us at the door, but with everyone we encounter in our time at each visit. This is the third car between my wife & I with Lianne as our sales person. I personally am leery of any sales person, and can tell when I am not being treated as a customer should be treated. Lianne has always been concerned with what we want in a car, what we need the car for, and what we can ultimately afford. She has never pressured us into something we either did not really want or afford. Trust me, I have been leasing Toyotas for over 20 years through various dealerships and sales people, and she has never taken our business for granted. She has always been professional and we get the best deal possible. Finally, we want to recognize and thank Steve Winkleman for his time and expertise in assisting us with our paperwork. I purchased my car last August and a 2-month service plan came with it. I had some time Saturday morning and brought my car in for the 10,000 mile service without an appointment.
