I started looking for a new truck on Memorial Day weekend. My wife and I had visited Atlantic Toyota before looking for a Forerunner. I met Tom DiPaolo when we arrived that Saturday and told him what I was looking for and what price I wanted to pay. He made it happen. A lot of times dealers won't work with you or want to make you pay a higher price for the vehicle you want. Atlantic Toyota is not like that. They provided a ton of incentives and worked with me to get the truck I wanted. I love my new truck and love the experience I had at Atlantic Toyota. I had a pre - scheduled 3 month service and NYS inspection appointment for 8/14/13. I dropped the vehicle off the night before using the convenient night drop box. I left a note indicating that I would be in the area the following morning and if possible to have the vehicle ready by noon. I received a call from Wayne Weinstein at approx. 10:30 AM and was informed that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. There were no surprises, gimmicks or up-sell. I picked up the vehicle and found it be be clean and undamaged. I am completely satisfied with this service experience. Frank More

Throughout the time of my first lease, he touched base with me to see if I had any questions. When servicing my car, all service members were professional and courteous. Before my first lease expired, Frank, reached out to help me start the process, which made the experience quick and easy. The experience begins with scheduling, which was done with ease. I called the afternoon prior and was scheduled for 7:30 a.m., next morning. I was then assigned an adviser, who contacted me prior to doing any work I had not requested. He explained, in detail, why he would recommend filter changes and informed me of the cost. I agreed to proceed with his recommendation. He then asked if would be OK with me if the car was ready a half-hour later than my requested pick-up time. For me to get this kind of interactive service, a half-hour means nothing. The experience concludes with another phone call letting me know the car is ready. More
My Navigation System suddenly stopped working. The dealership simply said that the car is a few months and 3000 miles over warranty, there was nothing they could do. To replace the unit would cost ov dealership simply said that the car is a few months and 3000 miles over warranty, there was nothing they could do. To replace the unit would cost over $2000 and they didn't even offer to help with the cost. I've been a loyal Toyota owner for over 25 years and I feel completely disrespected and unappreciated.
