My parents insist on servicing and buying their new cars from Atlantic Toyota because of Wayne Weinstein. They have been doing business with him for the past ten years. When it coms time to replace their cars, he is in the Showroom negotiating rock-bottom prices for them even before they know it. !!!! He is an incredible human being and I am so glad he is there for my parents when they need him. They have sent all their friends from Cedarhurst and Jericho to Atlantic Toyota to buy their new car their too!!! I told her I saw on their website a special for l AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!! BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. I called yesterday the dealership and spoke to Anita. I told her I saw on their website a special for leasing a Prius Plugin for 159/mo with 0 down. In the ad it said they have over 100 cars available for this promo. I asked her if they still have this special and she said yes. I asked her if they still have cars and she said yes. So 30 min later I got to the dealership. I met Anita and she sent us to her sale rep Justin (by the way this guy can't sell a glass of water in the desert). I told them why I am there and I want to take the car rightaway. He started mumbling that he might not have a car available, so he went to his Manager to check. Long story short after going back and forth a couple of times he came back saying they don't have the Prius Plugin and they can't find one at any other partner dealership. I told him I spoke to Anita 30 min ago and she assured me that they have the car. He told me the last one was sold 30 min ago.... can you believe these scammers! And then he went on and on how the regular Prius is a much better car and keep pushing it trying to upsell me. These scammers didn't even have the car from the begining but they used the ad to bring people in their office and then whoever is stupid enough to upsell them. I will contact BBB and file a complaint and I am sure that Channel 12 and Fox 5 will love to have a story on this one. So I will never go to this dealership again and I advise you not to. SCAMMERS not salesmen. More

I've never felt so welcomed to walk into a car dealership. This is something I normally dread, but my sales guy, Will Blackwood, was terrific. He didn't BS me at any point. It was simple and easy. I walked in and the General Manager, Peter greeted me at the door. Normally you just see these guys behind their desk, but he offered me a drink and brought it over after introducing me to Will whom I had been in contact with. I had shopped using the Edmunds quote request email and it worked great. Atlantic Toyota wasn't the cheapest, at first, of all of the dealerships. Once I told them what I had received elsewhere, they beat the deal for me and honored every word they said and put it in writing. For some reason it always seems impossible to get anything in writing from a car dealership. Its so refreshing dealing with a dealership that you can be proud of. More

I bought yesterday 2013 RAV4 XLE. Anita was my internet sales specialist. She quickly responded to my email and gave me an excellent quote. Duane was the sale person. Very friendly, no high pressure. I came here with my father after the vanity mirror in his car fell off. We expected to simply buy the car part and leave, but the service advisor Benny told my dad that he could get it fixed for free if his car fell off. He could have very easily taken advantage of me (a girl) and my 80 year old Dad, but he didn't. That's so cooooooolll!!!! So we went to get our car serviced and found out there would be a two hour wait time, but actually it didn't take very long, probably around thirty or forty minutes at most. Benny was really helpful and nice, and he definitely did more for us than he had to. They had free bagels and coffee that made the wait more tolerable The customer service really stood out because they serve you with a smile on their face. That's why I wrote this review, it's SO rare to actually be waited on by people who don't look like they'd rather be somewhere else. I LOVE IT when people are actually smiling and look like they are glad to see you. And by the way that guy Benny is hot!!! More
