I have been a Toyota owner for over 30 years and I intend to be one for many years to come. Sometimes the buying experience can be cumbersome at best. I had always gone to the same dealer, but the lastt 2 ti to be one for many years to come. Sometimes the buying experience can be cumbersome at best. I had always gone to the same dealer, but the lastt 2 times I felt like I was not getting the best deal. This time I decided to go to another dealer. From the moment I walked in , although my guard was up at first, I was treated with great respect. I was not talked into a car I did not want. in fact I waited for the car with the options and color that I wanted, and my expectations were exceeded and I took delivery of the car much sooner that I thought. Lianne my sales was excellent and she kept in touch with me every week about my car. The pick up process was so smooth that I offered to take Lianne to Dairy Queen. If you really want to have such a pleasureable experience that I had , I can offer you some advice . First go to Atlantic Toyota , second - go see Lianne - tell her Rich Morris sent you. I love my car and have gotten a lot of compliments on it especially the color, everyone likes. I like the fact that I have 30 days of free car washes at Copaigue car wash, too. I bought my Toyota Camry XLE a couple of years ago from Atlantic Toyota a few years ago and I love it!! I brought my car in today to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Wayne Weinstein noticed th Atlantic Toyota a few years ago and I love it!! I brought my car in today to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Wayne Weinstein noticed that my inspection sticker was almost expired, thereby saving me another trip later in the month. As a nurse at Long Island Jewish Hospital, my shifts often fluctuate and Michelle was able to work around my schedule, in terms of date/time, providing me with a loaner, and updating me as to when my car will be ready for pick-up. Michelle is friendly, personable, and goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Overall, I can not say enough about my experience thus far at Atlantic Toyota. Their dedication to customer service does not go unnoticed. I met the Service Director, Steve on my last visit yesterday and he was a real guy. Professional and courteous and attended to all my needs too. Just a great staff!! More

Frank Fardette is very outgoing, friendly, and upbeat when we met him. He was very helpful, he explained everything to us before we bought the car and gave us time to choose which was the right car for u when we met him. We didn't know which car we wanted or was best for us, and which car was in out budget range. Frank walked us through the whole sale, he was there for us the whole time we were there. We also got our car the same day, we weren't expecting to drive out in a new car the same day! He didn't make our visit to the dealer boring. We didn't expect to meet such a nice salesman, but we were lucky to find him! It was a great pleasure to have him as our salesman. We are now very happy with our car, and he is still there to help us with any problems with our car. We would recommend him to anyone. More
