I VISITED THE TOYOTA LOCATION IN AMITYVILLE 9/9/13 WITH MY FRIEND. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME TAKING MY CAR TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY MADE THE PROCESS SO EASY AND SIMPLE. I shopped around for months looking for used car. I found several in my price range. When I went to by them, the additional "fees" were anywhere from $1200. to $1700.00 including a transportation fee. Someon several in my price range. When I went to by them, the additional "fees" were anywhere from $1200. to $1700.00 including a transportation fee. Someone needs to explain to me why I have to pay a $250.00 transportation fee when the car was traded in at the dealership. While Atlantic Toyota had some fees they were no where near $1700.00 and there was no transportation fee. I got the right car at the right price. I highly recommend this dealership. I had a terrific experience at Atlantic Toyota when I went in to "just look". I wasnt even sure I wanted a Toyota but when I met Will, he made want to buy a car from him. He was professional and has a great sense of humor. We got along well and he was very respectful towards my entire family. We had visited several other dealerships and I never got a feeling from those stores that they even wanted to earn my business. I felt this was the norm until I came here. My appointment was for 8:00 AM, but I arrived at 7:30 AM and the service people took my car right away. I came in for an inspection renewal, and check the fluids, tires, etc. I did not have to wait long. and the service people took my car right away. I have been a Toyota owner for over 30 years and I intend to be one for many years to come. Sometimes the buying experience can be cumbersome at best. I had always gone to the same dealer, but the lastt 2 ti to be one for many years to come. Sometimes the buying experience can be cumbersome at best. I had always gone to the same dealer, but the lastt 2 times I felt like I was not getting the best deal. This time I decided to go to another dealer. From the moment I walked in , although my guard was up at first, I was treated with great respect. I was not talked into a car I did not want. in fact I waited for the car with the options and color that I wanted, and my expectations were exceeded and I took delivery of the car much sooner that I thought. Lianne my sales was excellent and she kept in touch with me every week about my car. The pick up process was so smooth that I offered to take Lianne to Dairy Queen. If you really want to have such a pleasureable experience that I had , I can offer you some advice . First go to Atlantic Toyota , second - go see Lianne - tell her Rich Morris sent you.
