On Sept. 27, 2013, I went to Atlantic Toyota's Service Dep't for my 2013 Rav 4 for first time service. I was greeted by Tim Keehner in a very professional matter. I would like to mention my bad experience I had with my return lease from my 2010 Toyota Prius. Atlantic Toyota's financial management were unfair and did not return a simple phone call, not did they attempt to help solve an issue that was unfair to me. I can give you a detailed summary in another survey if you desire it. I give Atlantic Toyota's financial management a "THUMBS DOWN" due to there lack of concern and unprofessional approach concerning the issues I had. I would probably look for another dealership if I need to purchase or lease in the future because of the treatment I received. Thank you for reading this review. Took my Rav4 for 5000 mile oil change. Everyone was nice and when I sat with Wayne to address my concerns, he was very helpful, even walking to my car to check out what I was talking about.
