Lianne Dunne was my salesperson three years ago when I leased my first Highlander, and I was so impressed with her level of professionalism, dedication, and patience with me that I sought her out this pas leased my first Highlander, and I was so impressed with her level of professionalism, dedication, and patience with me that I sought her out this past weekend to once again do business. This past Saturday, Lianne assisted me and I walked out of the show room as the proud owner of a 2013 Highlander. The manager, Lucwa, was also instrumental in my final determination to lease another Toyota vehicle. Throughout the entire transaction we all laughed and it made closing the deal a positive experience. I was even pleased to sit with the financial representative,Tofawa Lee, and the finance person is usually the person I care for the least. However, in this instance Tofawa demonstrated the same professionalism that I received in the show room and the result was that I could not help but like him. Overall, I am very happy with the service that I received, and I am even happier about driving my 2013 Toyota Highlander. More

Jose went and made sure I got the car of my choice, and that I walked away happy. I am recommending Toyota as first choice car dealership to as many people as I know. Jose should get a raise. Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Atlantic Toyota, and especially with the salesman, Joseph Handerhan. Let me start off by saying this is a real review by a real customer. Also, before puchasing my 2013 Rav4, I did extensive research on Kelley's Blue Book, Truecar.com, Edmunds.com, and other internet sites. I'll never know the dealers real cost but I knew exactly what I wanted and had a very good idea of their approximate invoice cost including holdbacks etc. First, the price. No dealer is going to sell me the car without making a profit, but I got a very good price right off the bat with very little haggling or BS. I had shopped around beforehand and got quotes and they gave me the same price as my lowest quote, but the other quote would've been jacked up a few hundred dollars based on the final configuration and a few other fees I was aware of. Theirs was probably the best price (or very close to the best price) I could've gotten at that time in the general NYC area. The salesman, Joe Handerhan was a pleasure to deal with. First, he knows his cars very well. Many, actually most other salesmen said things like "I think", "I'm pretty sure" etc. in response to specific questions, many times they were wrong. Joe knew what he was talking about and knew exactly how each feature was supposed to work. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who knows what he's talking about and doesn't try to BS or bluff you. Most importantly, Joe was a straight shooter and stood behind the sale even after I had paid for the car. There were a few minor things that had to be taken care of and some additional work I decided I wanted after the purchase. When I came back to have the work done, I learned a wrong part was ordered and I would have to return again. Joe immediately took care of the situation and "addressed it" before I even had a chance to start getting angry. I also had several questions about the cars operation and Joe always responded immediately to my calls with the answers. Bottom line, I'll definately use Joe again should I be in the market for a new car. P.S. A large amount of complaints about salemen and dealers are in thenature of "he said", "no I didn't say that", or disagreements about prices after the purchase was completed. Proobably 80-90% of these situations could be avoided by having everything written in the contract as I did, and buyers review all the paperwork and especially the sales and finance contract to make sure everything is correct before paying. I did both, as I always have been doing, and there were no problems or issues. More
Every employee at this dealership was friendly, and respectful. Although there were a few bumps in the road (seemingly unavoidable), and I felt I spent too much time waiting to sign papers, overall it respectful.
