My husband and I were very pleased to do business with Efrain Pagan and Tafawa Lee at Atlantic Toyota. Customer Service was great because there was no pressure and we were given time to make our decision. Also, even though AtlanticToyota is not a Costco dealer they were willing to meet the Costco price. This made negotiations much smoother.Tafawa was well-spoken, carefully explaining the content of all paperwork to be signed. Efrain was very helpful the day we picked up the vehicle as well. The description on how to use was very limited and as a result I have had to use the Toyota manual to find out about the audio/navigation/remote starter. Was told that the lease agreement and sticker from the car would be faxed to my insurance company-to date they have not received the documents. I have reservations about my recommendation for this dealership. Want confirmation that my insurance company received the necessary documents. Frank and Tafawa were very helpful and knowledgeable about the Toyotas I was interested in. I wanted to lease a 2014 Corolla and they treated me with professionalism and friendliness. Instead I was happy to be working with them on the best deal for me. Frank took me on two separate test drives of two different model Corollas. Once we came to an agreement, Frank drove me to my mechanic to pick up my old car which had a blown transmission. He followed me as I drove it back to my house so that we could remove the license plates and place them on the new vehicle. It felt like I was working with friends as opposed to a couple of salesmen just looking to close a deal. Highly recommend Atlantic Toyota. If possible, work with Frank Wilson on the sale and Tafawa Lee on the financials. More
