I returned to Atlantic Toyota because my lease was up and I needed to decide my best option with regards to my car. Lianne Dunne was the consultant who called me to come in and weigh my options. She promised to present me with a deal I would be happy with. Lianne was friendly, pleasant and presented a professional confidence that convinced me it would definitely be in my best interest to return to Atlantic Toyota. She was very patient with me when I had to cancel some of my appointments and continued to provide me with possible dates and times that would work with my schedule. When I was able to go down to the Dealership Lianne started off by asking me questions about what was important to me in a car. She was extremely perceptive and quickly narrowed down what I would like, showing me several cars to choose from. I like that Lianne did not waste my time and was able to help me narrow my choices quickly. She followed through on her promise and presented me with a car that I love at the best possible price. I believe that this is the fifth car that I have leased from Atlantic Toyota. Needless to say I am a loyal customer. I have not always felt that I have been treated as such but I have continued to return from Atlantic Toyota. Needless to say I am a loyal customer. I have not always felt that I have been treated as such but I have continued to return because I like Toyotas, your business is close to my job, and I tend to be comfortable doing what is easiest related to the cars I drive. This experience however, was excellent and it was all about customer service. Lianne listened to me, understood what I was looking for and made it happen. The transaction was quick and clean. Lianne was awesome as was the gentleman who led we through the paperwork - I apologize for forgetting his name but he too was professional, quick, honest and thorough. We had a great conversation and I was on my way. In fact, I said to both he and Lianne, "schedule a date for three years from now and I'll see you for my next car." You should also know that everybody I spoke with, from Kayla at the reception desk, to a gentleman who saw me staring at the coffee machine and lent a hand, was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Fidel found me the car of my dreams that was not on the lot, yet. Was treated with dignity and respect (female buyer). Went to other dealerships within the same ownership and even though every other sale lot, yet. Was treated with dignity and respect (female buyer). Went to other dealerships within the same ownership and even though every other salesman was told that I was buying the car and husband was there just to make sure he can fit in and drive, I was ignored and all questions were directed to my husband. Fidel did NOT do this, he listened to me, understood what I wanted (even though I did not know what I exactly wanted) and went out of his way to go into the service department, pull a car off the lift that was just (literally just) turned in off lease and bring it over to show ME, not husband, ME. After that, all other personnel from management to finance was just as friendly and helpful. If anybody, especially females, are thinking about a Toyota, HIGHLY recommend this dealership and ask for Fidel!!!!!!!! More
