Rosalie & Nicholas De Lapi: Our GREAT experience Alan Orea was the young gentleman who assisted us in possibly leasing a new Toyota. We are presenting leasing the Toyota Venza, which is our second Alan Orea was the young gentleman who assisted us in possibly leasing a new Toyota. We are presenting leasing the Toyota Venza, which is our second Venza leased. Nick's Cadillac's lease was running out the end of May. We looked around at Cadillac, Chevy's, etc. and then decided to stop by Toyota once again. Alan was very courteous, professional and his sincerity in assisting us get into another Toyota leased vehicle and meeting our financial goals was evident by his constant attempts to get us into a vehicle like the one we finally leased, the Rav4 Limited. He went back and forth in discussion with Joe Florio, the manager at the Amityville dealership. Mr. Florio later came by with Alan in an attempt to place us in a new vehicle. We couldn't seem to reach our financial goals at that time and both Alan Orea and Joe Florio said to please call back because of the expected upcoming promotions due out shortly because of Memorial Day Holiday approaching. Nick and I went home and discussed the car we were interested in. We had follow-up conversations with Alan, who constantly followed up with us on negotiating a lease price etc. In the end, because of Alan's determination and non-pushing and his professional conduct, we reached an agreeable financial arrangement and are now leasing the Rav4 Limited. Joe Florio was extremely instrumental as well in assisting us. Both Alan and Joe should be recognized for their professionalism, their demeanor and overall interest in pleasing a Toyota customer. We ask that both of them receive recognition for a job well done. It is not often that customers can praise sales people and mean it, but in this instance, we do ask that they get special recognition.
