The car I purchased, on day 1 had a defect with the touch screen. I brought it to the service center for repairs and it still has not been fixed. Service covered under Toyota Care is excellent especially receiving service from Micheal Keehner who I have been seeing already four times. Very impressed with the service provided. The real test is the service out of warranty which I have not yet experienced since this is my first Toyota. I have been a loyal Honda buyer. This is a company car and so far am impressed. An area you should address is giving accurate time estimates. I babysit my grandson and was tole i'd be out by 12. Needless to say I was there until 1:15 and had to get an emergency babysitter.
