NYS Inspection I made an appointment on-line to have my 2005 Tacoma inspected as required by NYS. Service Ordeal Bought a brand new, a 2014 Camry SE which was leaking oil from the steering column inside near driver’s feet. Brought car in for service which took a Bought a brand new, a 2014 Camry SE which was leaking oil from the steering column inside near driver’s feet. Brought car in for service which took a few weeks as part was not available, nonetheless, a much appreciated loaner vehicle was provided during that time. Two issues were noted after service was completed, the brake fluid reservoir cover was missing and steering wheel did not align to center. Not a happy customer, I make arrangements to bring car back to dealership and upon arriving, the service team apologized and were ready to evaluate and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Shortly after, the problems were rectified and I was on my way. The entire service team, Michele, Tasha and the technician whose name I cannot recall were courteous and professional. Kudous to the service team for being responsive and ensuring that I left a happy customer. Thanks. More

I say that because I dealt with the Advantage Toyota dealership in Valley Stream, specifically Frank Hussain, and he was the total opposite. ex: Frank said that in order for him to do a search for a Rav4 car, I would have to put down a $1000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Joey told me that was illegal and I guess Frank thought I was crazy to fall for something as stupid as that. Well not only did Joey not charge me for a search of the car, I was driving home with a new Rav4 in 3 days. I also spoke with Juan and John and they were great!!. Your receptionist were also very friendly when dealing with the customers. More
