Fun times at Toyota! My name is Elena and I've had a toyota for a while. I was originally looking at all dealerships (not just toyota) but their service wouldn't compare. I met Jeffery on the sales floor and he managed to get my attention within minutes. He was knowledge about the cars he was showing but what I liked the most was he took initiative. He didn't ask if I wanted to take a car for a test drive, he had the keys already in his hand. Jeffrey was very intertaining and helped to keep the car buying process simple and fun. I had finally made up my mind on a 2016 tundra, and he personally got the car ready for me. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and the service. My final step was with Jessica in finance. She was extremely nice and I liked the fact that she got the paperwork done quickly. She talks fast and moves quick and that was awesome. She worked with my needs and expectations and ultimately I walked away very happy. Thank you for your services!!! More
