I am not happy with your service. I was quoted a price and charged more money because of fees not disclosed to me. This is not the way to do business. I was looking to buy a car for my daughter while I was there, but I will go to Massapequa toyota instead. Their reviews are much better than yours. You should look at how bad your reviews are. More

We recently purchased a 2018 RAV4 from Atlantic Toyota. After taking possession of the vehicle we noticed that the cargo area cover was missing. Despite this part being specifically mentioned in the vehicle's description, Atlantic refused to provide us with it and said if we wanted it we could purchase it from them for $140. Unbelievably petty. As it turns out, we are in the market for another vehicle and we will definitely not be buying it from Atlantic Toyota. I hope the few dollars they saved by chiseling us out of this part are worth losing the sale. More

I came to Atlantic toyota with hopes of finding the car I wanted, for the right price. The car was advertised for an price on car gurus. Based on that price, I bugeted myself for 13/14,000 including taxes an wanted, for the right price. The car was advertised for an price on car gurus. I drove from Brooklyn to West Islip, to the dealership, and after sitting down doing numbers, i am told the car's price is actually over my budget. Which was a big turn off. Plus the car wasnt as big as i needed it to be, and was told that it might be more expensive for something else. The car had scratches, dent and the mirrior had damage. When I had given my concerns of the pricing and ask if it can be negotiated, I was told the car is too old to lower the price, mean while it's a car that was made 8 years ago. And as far as the loan, I have a high interest rate with the bank, so even if i wanted to take my time with payments, it wouldnt benefit me. Either way, I go forward with the process because I am in need of a car, immediately. But my main concern is that, to not work with the buyer/customer, just felt wrong. Barely anyone was around, only to test drive the car and to sign paperwork. I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. I ended up spending more on a car that I felt was over priced. I just would've like a service that was more catered to the customers needs and had people who are able to work around them. Thank you Atlantic Toyota for your service. More
