Our sales person, Nelson Medrano, was excellent! Nelson took the time to explain about the hybrid engine, since we have never had a hybrid before. He went out his way to make sure everything went smoothly with our trade in, and transferring plates, and the registration and state inspection. We went car shopping yesterday and stopped at Atlantic Toyota. We walked in and NO ONE made an attempt to wait on us, to ask if we needed help or if we were even interested in a vehicle. No one!
