Found my vehicle online at cars.com. Ken faced some challenges making arrangements for shipping to Louisiana, but after jumping through a few hoops he made it happen. Before purchase he did a walk-around the car while on the phone with me and let me know - in detail - every flaw and blemish (which were minor) so there would be no surprises. A little confusion on overnighting paperwork (title was not completely filled out to register vehicle) but was not a problem. The car had to be insured and registered prior to the dealer releasing it - again not a problem. If you buy a car long-distance, practice a lot of patience. The VSC & engine service light came on only a few days after I received the vehicle. 3 trips to the local Toyota Service center and the problem still is not solved. I paid $995 for the bumper-to-bumper extended warranty, so I'll just keep bringing it in until they figure out what it is. I am just a little suspicious that the diagnostic computer might have been reset prior to shipping the vehicle, but have no grounds to base that on. I would buy from Atlantic Toyota again. More

Later that evening, and after researching other dealerships, I called Tim back and asked to close the deal. He made it as simple and easy as possible for me to leave a modest down payment as security for the car. Two days later I drove away in my beautiful Chevy Cobalt. Every detail was taken care of by Tim's team: insurance data, registration, inspection,etc. Because I work long hours in a hospital setting, those details were important to me.
