We had a great experience with Sean. I had spent 2 previous days at dealers closer to my home and the service Sean provided was by far superior in every way compared to the others. Despi I had spent 2 previous days at dealers closer to my home and the service Sean provided was by far superior in every way compared to the others. Despite leaving deposits at both Smithown and Gerneration I drove home in a new car after meeting with Sean. His professionalism was noted from the moment we walked in. After confirming multiple times—by phone, text, and email—I drove two hours from Connecticut for an appointment with Andrew, who assured me the car After confirming multiple times—by phone, text, and email—I drove two hours from Connecticut for an appointment with Andrew, who assured me the car was available. Turns out, that was a flat-out lie. I was passed between three different people, each with a different story about the car. Complete waste of my time. To make it worse, he took my license, stuck it in his pocket, and completely forgot to give it back until I asked. No explanation, no apology—just weird and unprofessional. Save yourself the drive and the headache. Go literally anywhere else. More
