I called to make an appointment for my complementary first oil change on my new Civic. I got the date stated I would be waiting and when I receive the confirmation the appointment center incorrectly wro first oil change on my new Civic. I was able to modify the appointment. I pulled into the service bay to drop my car off and handed my keys to a guy to just stared at me awkwardly never said a word. He gave me a ticket. I went inside and talked to a very nice service writer who stated it would be about an hour. Two hours later I was still sitting in the waiting area so I went to look for the writer and he said oh I’m done sorry it was busy. As with my sales experience, my service experience will be a “first time, last time” deal. More

This dealership does not follow through on their promises and actively avoids you at all costs. They would rather their customers spend a month waiting to hear back regarding issues they caused, than help. S and actively avoids you at all costs. Such a shame that the sales manager lies and ignores constant calls, without even calling back or leaving a voicemail. It's unlikely they can redeem themselves because at this point it's been a month of waiting, surely they can't be so busy as to not give one call. More

They always work with me, and I truly appreciate that. While I wish my payments would go down instead of up, I know part of that is on me due to mileage. We worked with Angel for many years and he will definitely be missed. He recommended Arrod, who handled our current lease, and I have to say he is awesome. He’s not pushy at all and really takes the time to understand your needs, which makes the process so much better. I do love my new CR-V, but I’m disappointed that Honda removed SiriusXM. Not being able to use it directly through the car anymore is frustrating. Even though I have the app, I can’t change stations using the steering wheel or screen the same way, which means I have to look down more—something that can be distracting and unsafe. I really hope Honda brings this feature back. I am also a bit disappointed with the fact that they took away the free oil changes and only give one. That was a nice perk. Coming from a Passport Sport, I admit I was spoiled. I miss features like the automatic trunk, and it does feel like a downgrade even though I’m paying more for the CR-V. Hopefully next time I’ll be able to move up to the next model. That said, I am never disappointed with Atlantic Honda or their staff. They consistently provide great service, and that’s why I keep coming back. More

My vehicle was brought in for service for a loose and corroded battery terminal. The terminal was cleaned and tightened.
