Reymi was great he was very straight forward and didn’t try and get one over on us like other salesman did. Overall not a pleasant experience. The process toke approximately 6 hours; not sure why I didn’t give up and leave. Received car with barely any gas in the tank and reeking of scented The process toke approximately 6 hours; not sure why I didn’t give up and leave. Received car with barely any gas in the tank and reeking of scented pine trees. After removing six pine tree fresheners and airing out the vehicle, I discovered the interior of a chain smoker. I do not smoke and do not appreciate being exposed to tertiary carcinogens. I have purchased 3 previous vehicles from this dealership without issue. I am very disappointed and will no longer continue to be a customer. The service department is excellent and will continue to use their services. I will make my car purchases elsewhere. More
