I mean what can you say the customer service sucks there. The service tech held my car for 3 days this is a major corporation and they didn't have parts that took according to them 5 days to get my parts in The service tech held my car for 3 days this is a major corporation and they didn't have parts that took according to them 5 days to get my parts in then they held my car at the parking lot which it still ran therefore I didn't have a car for 3 days. They give a QR code which didn't work so I had no way to call the the service guy who checked me in then when I called the service department tell him I was canceling it they never responded back to my voicemail that I left at the service department when I came in to get the car back again there's no explanation he's like oh well we were going to get to it in another two days so again they didn't get some xxx of this place I took my car and got the job done for half the price half the price of what you're going to charge me at this rip off car company. Yeah you know they say they get too big for their britches that's exactly what's happened here this company has dealerships all over the place and again they don't give a rat's xxx for you as a customer. I have been patronizing this dealership for almost 30 years, purchasing several cars and always having the cars serviced there. Lately the prices for service have skyrocketed. After paying over $300 for a key fob, I was charged over $100 to have it programmed which only took a few minutes. I have been given estimates on other services and was able to get them done at other local places for a third or half the cost. I most likely have ended my relationship with your dealership. More
