Uconnect Update Got an update in our Grand Cherokee about scheduling an update on the screen. Tried scheduling the update twice and it never worked. Very frustr Got an update in our Grand Cherokee about scheduling an update on the screen. Tried scheduling the update twice and it never worked. Very frustrated as many of the apps didn't work including the Nav. Called the local dealer here in St. Augustine as we were visiting family and scheduled an appointment. They were very accommodating and friendly and got the update installed in a few hours. There was no charge for this. The issues I had trying to schedule the update as directed by the Uconnect message center myself in the car are in my opinion, is potentially dangerous if the update doesn't work. More

Integrity matters! Called service department to get my 2500 in for some recalls and to troubleshoot a rough running engine(potentially expensive fix). They were able to get me in that day and provided a loaner vehicle while I was waiting. If honesty is important to you, use this dealership! They could have ripped me off and taken over $2500 for repairs, but instead, they fixed my truck for $185 and had me up and running in 24 hours. Like any place, keep proactive in following up and you won’t be disappointed. In an age where customer satisfaction means NOTHING, this dealership has it figured out! I know some people will have good experiences and some will have bad experiences, but I honestly feel they care about their customers and their integrity is all that matters in the long run.
