Expect top rated communication and service at Hanania Automotive. The cost of the factory battery replacement indicated by the Service Manager was a bit of a concern, when compared to the cost of the Automotive. The cost of the factory battery replacement indicated by the Service Manager was a bit of a concern, when compared to the cost of the same battery indicated on the official Mopar website. The discrepancy in cost was satisfactorily resolved. I will be using this Service Center in the future for any maintenance or repairs. More

Had an appointment. Go to drop off, 4 people behind counter and no one even looks up. Finally, the youngest guy addresses me and then tells me to wait for a service person. Waited another 10 minutes to verify my drop off. Called 2 hours later to get a status. Waited on hold for 12 minutes to get my service advisors voicemail. Let a message. No return call. Showed up and asked for status and they said we do not have a diagnosis. Had not even looked at it. Buried in the back. I understand busy. Busy is good. But, don’t blow me off and act professional. You are in the service industry, if you hate it so much, do something else. Will not go back and would not recommend. So much for supporting local. More
