When I mentioned using another shop it was amazing how flexible the estimate became, some people might think that was someone helping them out, but I work in business and understand a lot about margin...It was a shame the staff was so warm and welcoming but the service quoting process appears to be very broken. Dealership has significantly improved since Hanania took over from Atlantic Dodge. We almost changed dealerships due to the poor care we were constantly given after purchase two brand new vehicles in 2022, over from Atlantic Dodge.
