Check in process was slow as none of the information that was entered online came through to the service department. I guess multi checkpoint doesn't include checking the washer fluid because one mile after was entered online came through to the service department. Jason and his body tech. repaired my Jeep Grand Cherokee following an unfortunate impact with debris on a highway shoulder. I would never be able to know that my car was dam repaired my Jeep Grand Cherokee following an unfortunate impact with debris on a highway shoulder. I would never be able to know that my car was damaged. Excellent results. I would recommend one thing, that following the body work the vehicle should be checked for hand prints and dust on the interior. This is a very minor issue for future consideration.
