My truck has been in the shop for over 45 days on 3 visits and they still havent finished fixing the items that were under warranty and now they say the warranty has run out while they were wainting on visits and they still havent finished fixing the items that were under warranty and now they say the warranty has run out while they were wainting on parts. Not one call to update on parts delivery or repair schedule. The absolute worst Dodge Ran Service department I have ever been in. The finance department was going to provide an estimate for exteded Mopar warranty twice now. Still waiting after 8 weeks. More

The people are not the issue. The issue is prices. You charge $200 per diagnostic fault. That is absurd! I was charged $473 with absolutely NO work done on my vehicle. The charge The issue is prices.
