Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was an emergency visit due to an automotive failure. I was pretty transparent about the fact that I know a lot about the industry so I was very disappointed to be overquoted on billable hours by about eight hours. especially at $220 dollars an hour. When I mentioned using another shop it was amazing how flexible the estimate became, some people might think that was someone helping them out, but I work in business and understand a lot about margin...It was a shame the staff was so warm and welcoming but the service quoting process appears to be very broken. If someone tells you they know the industry, they may be telling you the truth. More
