Dian is a patient, well-spoken person that can take care of any needs for you even putting any accessories in the car like air for your tires. DJ is a chill and relatable employee who can make you feel more comfortable. And Tristan is a professional spokesperson that can help with customer service and paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership. 10/10 👍👍👍 More
Unfortunate I have to leave this review. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Found the car online. We live 4 hours away. Anthony knew that and stated a full inspection had been done on the car and guaranteed excellent condition. Well, we've already found that 3 out of 4 windows are busted. They will not roll back up. We've spoken to him 3 times since and he keeps stating he is going to "talk to his manager to see what they can do & call back" and of course, nothing. No one has helped remedy what they OBVIOUSLY knew was an issue. No dealership purchases a car without a complete inspection and they would have noticed 3 busted windows. This is just the first thing we've come across. Be careful when purchasing here. Definitely do your due diligence and if you are able to check the car out at the lot, test EVERYTHING. More

The car had some body damage and we negotiated a fair price to get the bodywork done. The work was done in their shop and the work was of good quality. Telling the truth, even for a used car dealer is important. My salesman, Trent, told me this car had a twentysomething point mechanical inspection. While we were in his office he used a typical high-pressure tactic, "There is another buyer here waiting to buy this car if you don't." Turns out that was not true. To get the bodywork started I had to pay the purchase price for them to start. I paid with a Certified check and we set a date to pick the car up. I called Trent the next day and asked if I could get a copy of the mechanical inspection, he said "Oh, they don't like to give those out as it might cause them trouble." I told him I already paid for the car I wanted to see the inspection and what might cause them trouble. He promised to send it, of course he never did, I called again, and spoke with Tristian the used car manager, and he said he would send it. I eventually got a shop bill for some wiper blades, no inspection report! Trent told me when I bought the car for $45 he would get the driver's seat dyed as it was scuffed up. Trent called and said the vehicle was ready and I arranged to come and get it. Trent told me the bodywork was perfect. I asked him if the car would be cleaned and detailed before I pick it up, he said his guy would detail the car and it would be perfect before I arrived. When I arrived the car interior has not been touched! It was filthy, a red stain under the front mat, scuff marks on the driver door interior and door jam bottom, dark brown sweat stains on the drivers seat belt. I asked about the car not being ready and detailed, he made the usual excuses, his guy let him down. I asked about the seat not getting dyed, another excuse, his guy was out of town. I asked Tristian about the inspection report, " Oh the report was handwritten and no longer exists." Now I am pissed! I was told if I wait (I drove 3 hours round trip to get this car) they could probably find someone to clean it up a little. I get the car home and detail it myself, then I start to drive my $18,000 car, and as you can guess the car has problems. So far one of the headlamps is out, the cruise control doesn't work, I will try to check everything else out today. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
Still have the dealer plates on the car and hit with a $4000 repair. Do not buy a vehicle from these folks. They are your classic case of dishonest, xxxx sales men just looking to make a buck. I purch $4000 repair. Do not buy a vehicle from these folks. They are your classic case of dishonest, xxxx sales men just looking to make a buck. I purchased my vehicle not even a month ago and just found out the turbocharger needs to be replaced. There’s a lot of good, honest dealerships on that strip. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from anyone else. More
I usually don’t write reviews but Very unprofessional place , bought a car from them and had me to come back a few days later to return it cause of the loan canceled , and when I come back they deduct $ place , bought a car from them and had me to come back a few days later to return it cause of the loan canceled , and when I come back they deduct $300 from my down payment for detailing and inspection after selling me the car dirty , they didn’t even bother take it to the car wash before selling it to me also .Also it was an hour drive for me so this all should have been done before I left the car dealership so I wouldn’t be wasting my time coming back . Please don't waste your time with Atlanta Auto Brokers. I was interested in buying a SUV at full internet price, pending replacement of two tires, the rear brakes, TPS service/ repair and a passed inspection was interested in buying a SUV at full internet price, pending replacement of two tires, the rear brakes, TPS service/ repair and a passed inspection by my certified tech. A week later, the repairs had NOT been done, because the management never intended to do anything about the repairs. The were waiting for a SUCKER to come in and but the car as is. That's how the general manager, Jeremiah Lowry does business. Don't waste your time with Atlanta Auto Brokers! More

I would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to look elsewhere. After purchasing a new used vehicle with low mileage and decent interior and exterior features, the advertised Bluetooth hands free modul elsewhere. After purchasing a new used vehicle with low mileage and decent interior and exterior features, the advertised Bluetooth hands free module (HFM) would not work. I contacted Tristan the general manager and he said for me to bring my newly puchased vehicle back to Atlanta Auto Traders so that he or his brother Taylor could ensure that the Bluetooth HFM was operable. After bringing the vehicle back in to Atlanta Auto Traders, the Bluetooth HFM was unable to be bluetooth synched with my cell phone, so then Tristan stated to take the vehicle to a Chrysler dealership whereas there wouldn't be any costs just an update. After taking my vehicle to the Landmark Chrysler dealership in Morrow, Georgia, the bluetooth HFM was costing $900 plus dollars, so I telephoned Tristan to inform him of the cost and he told me he would look into finding another HFM and getting someone to install the HFM. .After having to contact Tristan several more times about my car's Bluetooth HFM, Tristan sent me an incorrect Bluetooth HFM that would not have worked costing $400 plus dollars and he only offered to pay for the installation of the HFM which was around $50. Lastly, the tires were improperly mounted on my newly purchased vehicle and against my instincts, I decided to see if Atlanta Auto Traders would correctly mount and install the tires on the vehicle I purchased. I was willingly to split the cost however Tristan was not willing to offer any compensation towards getting the tires mounted and installed correctly which was done incorrectly by Atlanta Auto Traders. Please know that people like Tristan will put profit first before being honorable and having the best interest of the consumer just to sell a vehicle on Atlanta Auto Traders car lot. More

I got an out the door quote for a car from true car online and they did not want to honor it.The General manager,of this de facto business Jeremiah Mowry -emailed me initially to introduce himself and after i asked a series of questions about the car,he -emailed me and lied that the car has been sold.I called him out on his xxxxxxxx lie immediately and he did not like it and tried to cover up by saying he will not do business with me,as if i give a rat's arse !!!! They also want to charge outrageous, bogus made up dealer fees of $500.00,which are nothing but dealer profits!!! Run away from this worthless place full of all kinds of scam artists and con sales men trying to desperately sell snake oil to their unsuspecting, uneducated victims who have not yet done their home work like the plague. They have no integrity at all. A few days later, after Jeremiah Mowry lied to me that the car i was interested in was sold, another sales man from this same car stealership reached out to me to follow up on the car. After i asked him a few questions as well,he also ceased all communication, probably because Jeremiah Mowry gave him a heads up and it blew up their scam. The car is still listed online ,which was supposedly sold. what a pathological liar!!! More
