Stay Clear away from this dealership. You will be lied to before and after even when you sign the paperwork and their warranty a straight joke. I brought a BMWX3 2010 in May of this year. The vehicle was a before and after even when you sign the paperwork and their warranty a straight joke. I brought a BMWX3 2010 in May of this year. The vehicle was a straight lemon. I didn’t make it home before vehicle broke down on the freeway. I’m still paying for repair for this vehicle. More

I only had my car for 2 months they promise to fix my dash board before I purchase the vehicle. To bring it back to be told they could not fix it. A month later the car roof start leaking and my car flooded. Call the dealership to advise them. Talked to the man who states he was the manager Tristan. He was very unprofessional and he hung up in my face and advise me not to call back. Do not do business with them. You will be stuck with a bad car. They are very unprofessional and sale bad cars. Please take your money elsewhere. More
Never again I was in the process of buying a car from Atlanta Auto Brokers - spent $132 having it checked out mechanically, got my financing, sold my car, transf I was in the process of buying a car from Atlanta Auto Brokers - spent $132 having it checked out mechanically, got my financing, sold my car, transferred my insurance and while I was sitting at the credit union finalizing the paperwork I got a call from Atlanta Auto Brokers saying someone is putting a deposit down on my car. They knew unequivocally that I was buying it. They had sent me the bill of sale and had also faxed it to my credit union. Long story short the manager refused to correct it and would only talk about helping me after I after I threatened to go to the owner. Needless to say they have done nothing since that conversation but that's okay because I would never do business with this company again under any circumstances and would strongly caution anyone else against it. That’s insane.... I would recommend not dealing with this dealership in any manner simply go else where. More
They sell crap vehicle I bought a vehicle on June 2, then 2 weeks later, the window of the trunk fell inside. When I called them, they told me to bring it. But I already too I bought a vehicle on June 2, then 2 weeks later, the window of the trunk fell inside. When I called them, they told me to bring it. But I already took the car to a dealership to pull the windows outs for me. I paid Toyota dealerships $300 for diagnostic text. When I got to Atlanta auto brokers, they were saying that the rusted truck they sold to me is my fault. Now I am left to fix the problem of my car which will cause me $2500. Do not buy any car from this people. They are rip off More

Car Purchase I wanted to share my experience in helping my 76 year old mother purchase a car with Atlanta Auto Brokers from her salesperson Terry. She indentifie I wanted to share my experience in helping my 76 year old mother purchase a car with Atlanta Auto Brokers from her salesperson Terry. She indentified a couple of cars of interest, including a 2008 Nissan Maxima that she wanted to look at further. We were told it was “just” traded in and had only one owner. Reviewed the car fax, took it for a test drive. Drove good, no issues I could see. The only thing was the tire pressure light was on so I figured no big deal. Terry, her salesperson told us both that would be taken care of during the purchase process. She went ahead and purchased the car...BIG MISTAKE. The tire pressure light will not go off. She has taken the car back (3) times to see what the problem is. Total waste of my time (I live an hour away from my mother, and I have to take time off from work). I am very disheartened and disappointed to say the least. They “claim” to keep taking the car to a Butler Tire Shop and asking them to repair issue. I saw (1) work order with a few minor repairs done that supposedly would take care of the issue. As soon as my mother drives the car off of the lot, and the Tire Pressure light pops back on. To some this is a minor issue, but to a 76 year old woman on a fixed income, this a huge issue. Now, I am waiting on a call back from Terry from yesterday on our 3rd repair trip to Atlanta Car Brokers. I was told he would car me back within the hour. Guess what, still waiting. So much for customer service. You win Atlanta Car Brokers. Not coming back!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car.............To add insult to injury, my mom called back a few days later. I was with her on the call. They told her they were not going to help her because I posted my experience on social media. I let him know I was on the phone. Rob the sales manager got a bit miffed and HUNG UP the phone. Obviously as a customer of this dealership, we were not VALUED at all. Who hangs up the phone on a customer who had been nothing but patient and did not raise their voices at all? More

Run Away Drove 400 miles to purchase vehicle. Only had their website info to go on. They demanded a $1000 Unrefundable for any reason deposit. I get there and Drove 400 miles to purchase vehicle. Only had their website info to go on. They demanded a $1000 Unrefundable for any reason deposit. I get there and the vehicle was a mess. The interior had been removed and just set back in place. Seatbelts were unattached, carpeting was sticking up in several places. Had not been serviced. Tried to drive it but there were no front brakes, the oil looked like soup. The heating and air system were broken, the radio was inoperative. The staff was rude and argumentative. And after 93 miles and a pending transmission failure, and a now undriveable Jeep, I Realize I should’ve taken the thousand dollar loss.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! More
