Disappointed Unfortunately, I wasn’t very satisfied this time around. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. When my service was complete an Unfortunately, I wasn’t very satisfied this time around. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. When my service was complete and I looked at my truck, it had greasy hand smudges on my fender and hood, and scratches and a paint chip on the hood that wasn’t there when I left the house. I was cleaning up the mess and discussing it with the service manager, who didn’t seem to be very interested. He just walked away. I had just hand washed my truck before bringing it in for service, so there was no doubt about where this mess came from. More

Amazing customer service! Had my son's Ford Focus towed to Athens Ford due to transmission problems. They kept me notified throughout the process. Problem was under warranty an Had my son's Ford Focus towed to Athens Ford due to transmission problems. They kept me notified throughout the process. Problem was under warranty and fixed promptly. They even informed me of a recall and completed it as well. Total cost for all the work...0! So thankful for the honest and professional staff! More

Works Appointment I scheduled an appointment for the Works at 8:20 on Sat 7/14 2 1/2 hours to complete service is UNACCEPTABLE. If I did not have an appointment I wou I scheduled an appointment for the Works at 8:20 on Sat 7/14 2 1/2 hours to complete service is UNACCEPTABLE. If I did not have an appointment I would understand waiting longer. To be told they are overbooked and there is a problem with online booking is not my problem. The online booking should be removed from the website until it is fixed. The customer should not have to be in convinced with problems at the dealership and website. If there was a know problem and service was overbooked than I should have been contacted to reschedule. Because of taking so long I was late for arrangements I had made with family. Now I am receiving an email telling me I missed my appointment. More

Jeff Owen in service lied and cheated me. A service not requested was performed. Mr Owens promised to credit the amount which was approximately $250. After 3 requests and reminders, he finally A service not requested was performed. Mr Owens promised to credit the amount which was approximately $250. After 3 requests and reminders, he finally issued a credit of $40. I will never return there for service. More
