Worst service experience ever. Warranty set to expire in a month and our back up camera starts turning blue. No response to multiple attempts for scheduling a repair (19 to be ex Warranty set to expire in a month and our back up camera starts turning blue. No response to multiple attempts for scheduling a repair (19 to be exact between my sales person and the service department. Finally get it in for repair…the don’t have the part, cannot find the part, and it is on back order. So, they are sending my car home, broken, with a serious safety issue and an “Unfortunately”. I have contacted the State and registered the VIN. I will never buy from Athens Ford again. Nor would I advise anyone else to do so. You are only as important as your last signed contract with these folks. More
Took car in for service. Oil change and tire rotation. Came home TPMS light comes on all tires were BELOW what is required for psi. Called service and ofc its MY fault and i probably ran over something causing a leak. Then it was the cold weather excuse. When all it was the service tech DID NOT put air when he checked and rotated. So, we went to trade. Filled out credit app online. Got some bogus form email. Then after no contact from Athens Ford. We went in and were treated like dirt because they saw a credit score and told us to pay our credit cards on time. Went to Honda, came home in an Accord and were treated like our money mattered, and not some computer generated model score. GOD SAVED US! Honda is MUCH BETTA!! More
Made an appointment to have engine check light diagnostic. When I scheduled by phone girl said could do same day but if need repairs could take longer. Arrived at my appointment at 7:20 am. Was gr diagnostic. When I scheduled by phone girl said could do same day but if need repairs could take longer. Arrived at my appointment at 7:20 am. Was greeted by service advisor for Quick Lane. Looked up my appointment and said needed to get the service advisor for my particular appointment. Andres came out and asked me what I needed. I said I have an appointment to diagnose my check engine light. He stated the diesel shop was backed up and I would have to leave it for two weeks. I told him I was told they could look at same day but may not be able to fix same day. Andres had only one response, can't do for a couple of weeks. No communication in your service department, no apology, and no offer for suggested resolution. Not coming back. More
